What would you compare the pain of First Time Sex to?

If could compare the pain of first time sex to one thing (or event other than child birth) what would it be? For Example: My friend Told me that it hurts more than getting your upper ear pierced, but less than breaking a bone.

it only hurts really bad at first, then its just kind of numb
